We are seeking a reliable and experienced IT Manager / IT Administrator to manage and maintain the technology infrastructure of the organization. This is a hands-on role responsible for networking, servers, communication systems, and overall IT support for aour group

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated professional capable of working independently while ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, manage, and monitor firewall devices and internet connectivity.
- Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and network cabling.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for troubleshooting and service management.
- Administer on-premise servers and AWS environments.
- Monitor server health, disk usage, and system performance.
- Manage and maintain VOIP / IP-PBX internal phone systems.
- Configure and manage user extensions and call routing.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and replacements.
- Manage IT inventory, including computers, printers, and other hardware assets.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and device allocation.
- Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams and configuration records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of firewall configuration and network security.
- Experience managing network switches and LAN environments.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with VOIP / IP-PBX telephone systems.
- Basic understanding of UPS systems and data center operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
