• Detail Study of MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Boiler, Compressed Air, Suction Vacuum) technical drawings, specifications, and determining the MEP requirements of a project.
• Monitoring, verifying, and Validating of all the MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Boiler, Compressed Air, Suction Vacuum) related to internal & external.
• To check, validate and certify the Installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Boiler, Compressed Air, Suction Vacuum services related to High Side and low side as given in the drawings, BOQ and Tech Specs.
• Collection of documents, Warranty certificates, technical catalogues, technical data sheets related to MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Boiler, Compressed Air, Suction Vacuum) installations, taking custody of tools and tackles provided with equipments for all MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Boiler, Compressed Air, Suction Vacuum) services.
• Review Contractors shop drawings against the design (tender) drawings.
• Review contractors mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and MEP to ensure engineering coordination.
• Preparation of proper handing over documents.
• Prepare schedule of execution.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with vendors to check progress.
• Meet timeline and schedule.
• Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times.
• Coordination meeting with MEP services, Civil, Structural etc., for smooth progress of the work.
• Preparing reconciliation statements.
• Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting if required.
• Time to Time reporting to management and seniors
• Preparation of client bills
