The successful GP will be working as a full-time GP in our “The Doctors Hub Polyclinic LLC” in Deira, Dubai’. We are a passionate and driven Practice committed to giving our patients the best care and positive health outcomes and for colleagues to find their roles rewarding.
Practice is committed to innovative approaches in the delivery of patient care, offering many specialist services.
Main Duties:
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will contribute to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, and maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

Upon starting the successful candidate will receive an induction to allow for time to observe and learn about how the Practice works as well as the opportunity to meet colleagues and learn about their roles.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of medical services as per the contract and additional, and enhanced services contracts along with agreed work (medicals, reports, etc.).
Undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and queries, and dealing with correspondence in a timely fashion.
Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
Developing care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols including providing health education
Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to a high standard
Complete referrals where appropriate including for any suggested diagnostic testing and report on results to patients as required.
Prescribe by the Practice prescribing formulary.
Attend team meetings and other clinical meetings as necessary.
Provide clinical support for colleagues including assisting with the mentoring and training of colleagues as part of the Practice.
Comply with all relevant organization policies and procedures including but not limited to confidentiality, data protection, health & safety, infection control, etc.
Undertake mandatory training as determined by the Practice.
Reflect on personal practice through SEA, appraisals, and patient complaints.
