We are inviting applicants for the position of Head of ICT and CS for one of our British Curriculum school located in Dubai. This leadership role is responsible for improving the subject standards by providing guidance and support to all ICT/CS Teachers. She/he is jointly responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of curriculum, by adopting teaching methods that meets British curriculum standards. Lesson observations, conducting CPD's and assisting them in using the appropriate strategies to deliver daily lesson plans, conducting team teaching etc are entrusted on her. Alongside she/he is expected to perform all general duties and responsibilities to achieve departmental targets and objectives. 

• Work collaboratively in developing and implementing the infusion of Information technology across the curriculum.
• Timely proficient Documentation of curriculum mapping and lesson planning.
• Preferred candidates having computer science teaching experience in AS/A levels in British curriculum. 
• The successful candidate will able to deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Support the education data and analysis strategy to ensure data is recorded/captured, consistent, accessible . 
• Managing report cards, assessment scheme as per the British curriculum/ KHDA assessment framework standards.
• Conducting and helping teachers for the interpretation of external & internal exam results in academics.
• Coordinate with Assessment Head for providing appropriate data (Internal and external exam data) for making result analysis to improve student outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Must possess a Masters/ Bachelors Degree in ICT /Computer Science with B.Ed.
• Minimum 2years teaching experience preferably in leadership role in UAE.
• Extensive experience in Edu/ICT Technology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
